The TRI Fitness 1-2-1 ethos is client focus all the way!

With the 1-2-1 Training Package, you are not just another client to us, you are part of a group that provides you with the support you need to hit your goals.

You tell us your goals, we help you to develop those goals, we design the most suitable training program to get you started and we guide you all the way. 

We don't just expect to see you 1-2 hours per week, we want to hear from you when you have questions, interact with you to see how your week is progressing, be there to guide you on your nutrition when you are not too sure what works for you or not.

The 1-2-1 Ultimate Training Package:

  • Consultation with your Coach
  • Program Design for both the Training and Nutrition Programs
  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Education of the TRI Fitness Nutrition Support Package
  • 8 or 12 1-2-1 Gym Training Sessions
  • Continual Interaction with your coach as you require
  • Monthly Reviews on your progress
  • Amendments to the training and nutrition program as you progress.
