No more Large Group Training Programs, this is all about delivering the best training program to you as an Individual.

We will devote time, focus and apply specific training principles to those committed and want real return from their training. 

We will see you 3 times a week to deliver the Strength, Power and Performance you will get from your investment.

We deliver a cutting edge fitness program than combines the most effective elements of fitness, together with the added bonus of small group personal training.
