Who are our training camps for?

Our annual Tri Fitness Training Camps are perfect for athletes of all abilities, offering the chance to escape to warmer or idyllic destinations for triathlon or cycling-focused training. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our camps are designed to help you achieve your goals while enjoying a supportive and friendly environment.

 

What to Expect from our Training Camp

(Camps may vary, but here’s an example of what’s included):

 
  • Inclusive Atmosphere: Welcoming participants of all ability levels. Groups are formed based on ability unless otherwise specified.

  • Personalized Attention: Maximum athlete-to-coach ratio of 8:1, ensuring individual and group feedback.

  • Expert Coaching: 1-2-1 Swim Stroke Correction Analysis with a Swim Smooth Certified Coach.

  • Tailored Training: Sessions are adapted to your current fitness level, goals, and ability. Coaches may advise doing less (or more!) depending on your needs.

  • Structured Sessions: A mix of hard training, endurance work, and technique sets, always with a clear purpose and explanation of the “why.”

  • Educational Insights: Learn about our training methodology and get advice on equipment and nutrition.

  • Flexible Training Hours: Most days include 3-6 hours of training, with the option to opt out of sessions as needed.

  • Friendly Support: Plenty of opportunities to discuss specifics with our coaching team.

  • Sunshine & Scenery: While we can’t promise sunshine, it’s more than likely!

 

Our 2026 camps will be released throughout the year, with most catering to all abilities, giving you the flexibility to choose the timing that suits you best.
